Return and Refund Policy

At HEMIRA, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. This policy applies to products purchased directly from usehemira.com.

30-Day Return Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for any reason within 30 calendar days of receiving it. If your order arrives in separate deliveries, the 30-day period for each item begins on the date that item is delivered.

You may reasonably try a product to decide whether it is right for you. Deliberate damage, misuse, product substitution, or fraudulent claims are not covered by this guarantee.

To start a return, email support@usehemira.com within the 30-day period. Include your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide instructions for your order. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Cancellations and Order Changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible. We will try to help before the order is processed or shipped. Once fulfillment has begun, we may be unable to make changes.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you receive the wrong item, or something is missing from your order, email support@usehemira.com promptly. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when available. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and reviewed, we will issue the refund to the original payment method. Refunds normally include the amount paid for the returned item and applicable refundable taxes. Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.

We aim to process eligible refunds within seven business days after receiving the return or sufficient proof of its shipment, subject to any shorter deadline required by law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Discounted items are eligible for the 30-day guarantee. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid. If you return part of a promotional offer or bundle, we will explain the applicable refund amount before you send the items.

This guarantee does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including rights concerning defective, incorrectly described, or undelivered products.
